At UTC Leeds, we understand the importance of keeping parents informed and engaged in their child’s education. To help you stay connected with your child's progress, school communications, and day-to-day activities, we use three key apps: EduLink, ClassCharts, and ParentPay. These apps provide real-time updates and easy access to essential information, making it simple for you to support your child's journey at UTC Leeds.

1. EduLink: Your Gateway to School Information

EduLink is a one-stop platform designed to give you full visibility of your child’s academic and pastoral life at UTC Leeds. Through EduLink, you can:

  • Monitor Attendance: Stay up-to-date with your child’s attendance records, including absences and late arrivals.
  • Check Timetables: View your child’s daily schedule, including lesson times and locations.
  • Access Reports: Keep track of academic progress with access to college reports and performance data.
  • College Communications: Receive important announcements, messages, and  event notifications directly to your app.

EduLink is designed to make it easier for you to stay involved in your child’s education. It's accessible via a smartphone app or through any web browser.

2. ClassCharts: Tracking House Points & Behaviour

ClassCharts is an essential app for tracking your child's behaviour, homework assignments, and achievements at UTC Leeds. It provides valuable insights into your child’s day-to-day college life, helping you to celebrate their successes and address any challenges.

  • House Points: Celebrate your child's achievements by viewing badges and house points given for excellent behaviour, effort, or demonstration of Employability Skills in specific subjects.
  • Behaviour Monitoring: View both positive and negative behaviour points to understand how your child is progressing socially and academically.

3. ParentPay: Simplifying School Payments

ParentPay is a secure and convenient app for managing college-related payments, from school meals to trips and activities. With ParentPay, you can:

  • Make Payments Online: Pay for lunches, events, and other activities directly through the app without needing cash.
  • Track Your Payments: View transaction histories and ensure all college-related expenses are up-to-date.
  • Submit Permission Slips: A simple way to grant permission for your child to attend college trips and events.
